#10: 我們一生的年日是七十歲．若是強壯可到八十歲．

  #12: 求你指教我們怎樣數算自己的日子、好叫我們得著智慧的心。

      Teach us to number our days aright,

       that we may gain a heart of wisdom. 

  #15  求你照著你使我們受苦的日子、和我們遭難的年歲、叫我們喜樂。

      Make us glad for as many days as you have afflicted us, 

      for as many years as we have seen trouble

# 14  他們年老的時候、仍要結果子．要滿了汁漿而常發青。

 以賽亞書  46

 #3 你們自從生下、就蒙我保抱、自從出胎、便蒙我懷搋。

all you who remain of the house of Israel, you whom I have upheld

since you were conceived, an have carried since your birth. 

#4 直到你們年老、我仍這樣、直到你們髮白、我仍懷搋。

     我已造作、也必保抱、我必懷抱、也必拯救。

   Even to your old age and gray hairs I am he,

   I am he who will sustain you.

   I have made you and I will carry you;

   I will sustain you and I will rescue you. 

 The glory of youths is their strength, but the beauty of the aged is their gray hair.
